Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Accepted reasons: damaged/defective product, incorrect item received.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the fault is ours.

2. Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by receipt.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

  • Sale and customized items are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
