Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Accepted reasons: damaged/defective product, incorrect item received.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the fault is ours.
2. Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by receipt.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Sale and customized items are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
